Due to expansion of our business activities, for our office in Belgrade, we are hiring one:

Sales Manager (m/f)

Your role:

As a Sales Manager, your core responsibility will be whole sales cycle, including business opportunity identification and creation, recognizing the needs of all assigned accounts, expanding an existing accounts network, and using all necessary resources to successfully close business deals. You’ll be in charge for sales of the entire Asbis portfolio to the SMB channel in retail.

In addition, some of your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong long-term relationships with partners and clients, acting as an all-around business consultant to identify how to make their business more profitable
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with our product managers and senior staff
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions, monitoring competition
  • Planning, reviewing, and reporting (e.g. keeping track of your KPIs)

In this role you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales. You'll work alongside other team members in Sales, Product, Marketing, Logistics and Finance, in a lively and supportive work environment with a people-oriented culture and friendly working atmosphere. You’ll have an opportunity to learn, grow, expand your business network and have fun along the way.

About you:

A desire and ability to sell, assertiveness, confident approach in communication & negotiation and resilience when faced with rejection are generally more important than academic qualifications. If you can bring to the table relevant knowledge and several years of experience in IT – you’ll be a great match for our Sales Manager role.
